So, i've cut dairy out of my diet. I don't eat meat. I don't drink caffeine. I consume at least 80 oz. of water a day. Breastfeeding truly takes work, but I'm not complaining. It helps me keep healthy knowing Mason is also consuming what I eat. So, now I'm packing nutrients into one big smoothie throughout the day. So far, this one is my favorite:
Sounds weird, smoothie:
1 cup of orange juice
3 tablespoons of coconut milk yogurt
3 leafs of kale
5 chopped strawberries
half a banana
Magic bullet those bad boys together, and you've got a delicious, nutrient-filled smoothie! (It tastes a lot better than how the ingredients look on paper).
